The Maasdam Sorghum Mill manufactures sweet sorghum syrup. One of the largest producers in the country, sorghum is an old-time sweetner, used in baking and often eaten like honey on bread. The Maasdam Sorghum Mill was started in 1926 by L.J. Maasdam.
