office building, Modern (architecture)
Built in three blocks, the first of which was started in 1968 and the last completed in 1978, designed by Ronald Tallon of Scott Tallon Walker, a former student of Mies van der Rohe. Notable for the amount of bronze manganese used in its construction, so much that it affected the price on the world market. Was the HQ of Bank of Ireland from 1972 to 2010, when they moved to their current location on Mespil Road.
