Office complex. The silver-roofed one is a restaurant, with the current tenant being Paolo's Italian Kitchen, a concept by Chef Tai of Veritas. The previous restaurant there was Rooster's Country Dinner House. It was a homestyle, family-dining-style restaurant (see the Yelp Review: www.yelp.com/biz/roosters-college-station), but it closed in less than a year.

It was T-Bone Jones until 2005, and had several restaurants there since (all steakhouses or barbecue, including Sodolak Beefmasters 2, unrelated to the Snook store). The restaurant tended to struggle because of its location sunken about a floor below the level of the road.
