Churchill Park is one of the more interesting parks in the city. It has a fenced viewing areas, one with deer and peacocks, one for waterfowl and one for pheasant and exotic birds.

Churchill Park also has numerous hiking trails, a natural spring, a duck pond and a minature replica of a water-powered mill, constructed and donated to the city by local high school students.

The park is also home to Duncan McIntosh arena, used for hockey and holding exhibitions and functions. There are baseball diamonds and sports fields as well, making it a busy spot in the summer.
