High School "Anastasescu" (Rosiorii de Vede)

One of the most important schools in Teleorman county, but also in Romania, the High School "Anastasescu" is founded on 15 October 1919.
With the financial help of the brothers Ion and Niculache Anastasescu between 1928 to 1931, one have built a new building, which opens on 14 January 1932 (currently, the building A of the school).
From year 2000, one returned to the old school name, the current one.
With nearly 1000 students and large teaching staff, which includes nearly 80 teachers, the High School "Anastasescu" is the brilliant of the county education, where one studied an impressive number of specialists in different fields.
