  • I am resident of Arif luxuria G.Jauhar block 10. Unfortunately, We face loadshedding of 5 to 6 hours on daily basis inspite of 100 percent collection of bills.   • AoA, Dear sir, complaint # 8007124087 (dated:30-12-2015) against Complaint ID:43973 Account No:0400021397391 Consumer No:AL848888 I have received a bill with Present RDG 19295 and Previous RDG 19200 it mean unit difference only 95 units but it is surprise for me to mentioned uints billed 245. I am paying regularly my bills on time, I have only two room 5 energy saver, one fridge, one water motor and one TV. I went with my family to attend my relative marriage ceremony from 26 Nov to 06 Dec my relative. I don't know why mentioned ASSD on my bill. How run units in absence of people at home, when nobody present at home. After paid this bill amounted Rs.2523 which i paid access your K-electric meter reader came in my home and survey all electronic things and he told us your next bill will be send with correction. Once again I received a bill with present RDG 19395 and Previous reading 19295 meant 100 unit consumed but again 245 units have billed. Is there nobody in K-Electric to sort-out or solve this problem? because i have already went and launch my complain in my nearest complain center. They are also saying to pay this bill and next bill will be corrected. Please send me the corrected new bill with correction and adjusted my previous paid access amount and NORM bill mode. Keeping in the view of above facts, K-Electric has installed a single phase meter of one parson/flat any Registered document, Because this property belong to The Pakistan Memon Educational & Welfare Society So Uniform you are requested to kindly Urranged and cheek the file that how meter allowed without necessary documents.   • I live in USA. Portions of my house with independent meters are rented out. Portion in my possession is vacant for more than 20 years. Only a caretaker is there to manage tenancy things. The bill for electricity for the last more than two decades has always been normal from1 250 to 500 and some times 700 in summers. Care taker uses only one fan and one saver. K electric was informed about the situation in 2012. To enhance this bill K electric tried to take off the other two meters to change the slab. I went to court, got stay and behind me there came about 50 more cases of this nature. To get rid of the cases, k. electric changed their name. They changed my meter 6 months ago because they said it was slow. The inspected it dozen times, but could not find any thing. They changed it and sent a bill of 15000 for meter change. After meter change bill further descended to 250 a month. Now last month they sent a bill for 9000 mentioning as arrears ! They are the modern-day looters. I am writing to the puppet PM, CM Sind, Interior minister and many more including Nepra to stop their extortion. They even dont know the house is vacant for two decades. I being American citizen, consulting my lawyer to drag them in the court of law for harassment and mental torture to a family who has a sizable contribution in foreign remitance to Pakistan. Suggestions are welcome to fix these hooligans.

SUBJECT: COMPLAIN FOR NEW CONNECTION AGAINST K ELECTRIC OFFICE, GULISTAN-E-JOUHAR BRANCH Respected Sir, With reference to Account No. 0400003650608, Case id: 2903409223, Application no. : 0001231940. We have already submitted estimate bill (47,914/ Rs) in June ,2016, Security deposit(6000/ Rs), and K –electric bill(40,000/Rs) and other bribes(14,000), but K Electric office, Gulistan-e-jouhar Branch haven not given new connection yet. Despite they send us again estimate bill (17,000) and K- electric Bill (16,000).In case we pay these expenditure again, they did not take responsibility for new connection. We complained many times at K-Electric office many times but all in vain. Kindly solve this matter as soon as possible .We will be obliged.
