  • This is a special school. Le lycee, based on Socratis "Lyceum", is an establishement with a very strict curicula. In my time, that was long time ago, we used to get the same education as any French high school and based on that the final exam, the Baccalaureat was given at the same time and at the same level with all the french academies in France and others in the french system. A student who succeed the final exam was given a sholarship from the French government and ws qualified to compete ith anybody in the French system. AND we did, most of us have succeed in integrating the top level in the French and American systems. Some of us went back to Ethiopia, some others in Africa, others are high praised French universities professors, scientists in the French INSERM and CNRS and even American universities, NASA scientists, famous american pharmaceutical companies.
