An old gold mine from the early 1900's. A lot of gold was produced by this mine till they lost the vein at a slip fault and never found it again. Then in 1942 the Barry Goldwater Bombing Range took over this area and all mines were closed permanently. Interesting mine that can still be seen with a free pass from the Marine base in Yuma, Az.
