A guide dog training facility. It hosts Blind students, as well as students with other disabilities, from around the country. Students come here to be matched with a guide dog (trained at the facility) and taught how to utilize the dog's talents and care for the dog. Training lasts about a month and is concluded with a formal graduation ceremony.
