Taff's Well or Taffs Well (Welsh: Ffynnon Taf) is a village near Cardiff. The name "Taff's Well" is derived from the fact that the village is situated alongside the River Taff, and that it is the site of a natural hot spring (of 18.9 degrees C, 66 degrees F) that has been used since Roman times.

From an electoral and administrative perspective the village of Nantgarw falls within the ward of Taffs Well (which is some 2.5 miles further south), but historically fell within the boundaries of Caerphilly, which is a major town located less than 2.5 miles to the east.
