As a documentation center reunites, besides its museum, the historical archive from the Judiciary Power in Pernambuco and library especialized in works of Brasilians magistrates.The main functions are keep the safety, the acess and the divulgation of the historical documents produced and guarded by the Judiciary Power of the Pernambuco state. There is also a place reserved to tell the history of the building of the Memorial. Previously used as the Brum train station, that was inactivated, was restored by the Court Panal of Revision, to the documentation center be installed. There are rooms builded in masonry of bricks and covered with french tiles, the kind previously maded in Marselle, supported by a metal structure. The terrace in the west side is maded with ornamented iron bars funded, composed with romantic elements, which came from Europe.
