The Lake House was originally part of the Bourne estate{Indian Neck Hall}. This was the home of Arthur K. Bourne, oldest son of Frederick G. Bourne. Isaac H. Green was the architect of this Colonial Revival style house. It is sometimes refereed to as "Fern House".
