  • The town of Vasai owes a lot to this school and great teachers like Nana Gokhale, S L Godbole, Vishwanath Chaudhari served this for 30 or 40 years each! The later generation of students attended the New English School and it rose to fame after 1970's, yet R P Wagh High School has a special place in the heart of old Vasaikars (since there was no other school!). I am sure it would be great if we get comments from people who have attended this school in those golden years of its glory (1950 to 1970).
  • Myself ,Yogesh Padmashali sudied in this school from 1984-85 till 1989-90 & passed out my SSC & very fortunate to have teachers like Karve sir,Patwardhan Madam,Vaidya sir,..etc.many bright students passed out duriing that period to become very successful in their life because of the excellent teaching & the culture maintained during curriculum. During our period interschool cricket tournament started & our was the first & last team in the history of school to win the finals of under16 interschool championship.I was in 9th standard at that time.During this perion Youngstar festival started in Vasai & we had one of the best Kho-Kho team in the town winning the finals at the youngstar festival. This is just to mention that the school was very much encouraging in to sports & extracurrucular activeties along with the studies.I hope my school regains it's glory back.   • me ya shalet 1992-97 paryant hoto.ITI SUDHA yach shalet kele.2000sala pasun nasik la rahato aahe.vasaichi khoop aathvan yete specially shalechi.patilsir,aanterkar madam,saroj madam,seema madam,bhange sir ani barech teachers yancha prabhaw aajhi kayam aahe.maze wargamitra shashikant,yogesh mand.,ashok gungite,sagar 7ghare,vaibhav,rohan, julesh,golda,jitu,vinayak pandit,etc i miss u all.
  • Myself ,Hemant Pavnaskar sudied in this school from 1971-72 till 1973-74 & passed out my 8th std. I have teachers like Karekar sir, Anturker Madam,Vaidya sir,..etc. When I was 7th standard, School gathering was started & first time Inter class tournament was arranged. I took part in atheletics abd also play a Bharud with my friend Akolkar and Gpndhale. This is just to mention that the school was very much encouraging in to sports & extracurrucular activeties along with the studies.I hope my school regains it's glory back.
