This is an all day, all season beach in St Kilda that allows dogs to be off lead. More information can be found here www.portphillip.vic.gov.au/print_dogs_on_beaches.htm The reason this beach is great is that there is a massive expanse of sand flats which gets exposed during low tide. Even during high tide it is great to wade out onto the sand flat and enjoy your dog swimming by your side. The sand flat also means you get away from the road and bike path.
