The largest industrial shipyard in Odessa Commercial Port.
It’s facilities allows to dock and repair any vessels with displacement up to 30,000 tonnes. It is staffed with professionals of highest integrity and experience enabling to conduct all types of repairs and overhauling.

Shipyard was founded in 1793, a year before the inception of the city around it, a Sothern Palmira – Odessa. It has a long history of repairing civilian and navy ships.

Shipyard is located in the geographical center of the city and inside of the Commercial Port of Odessa. A railway communication is onsite and allows spare parts and cargoes to be delivered to repair facilities.
