Loudoun Valley Estates is a planned community developed by Toll Brothers. Home styles include several different types of townhouses, as well as single family homes ranging from about 2,500 square feet up to about 8,000 square feet. Loudoun Valley Estates has various amenities and a trail system. It has a fitness center located at 43636 Lucketts Bridge Circle.

There are three tennis courts in the community; a single court is located on Scattersville Gap Terrace and a double court is located at the far end of the clubhouse parking lot on Lucketts Bridge Circle. The tennis courts are for residents and their guest use only. The courts are locked at all times and can be accessed with a key that can be obtained at the on-site office.

There are three tot lots for residents to enjoy - one is next to the clubhouse on Lucketts Bridge Circle, one is next to the pool on Hamilton Chapel Terrace and one at the end of Scattersville Gap Terrace. The tot lot located within Lyndora Park is open to the public, including residents. It is maintained by the Loudoun County Parks and Recreation Department.

Loudoun Valley Estates is home to two gorgeous pools. The pool located at 43636 Lucketts Bridge Circle is perfect for swimming laps and playing water basketball. A separate wading pool is also available for the smaller children as well. The pool located at 43711 Hamilton Chapel Terrace is equipped with a beach access and water features that the children really enjoy. A separate wading pool is available here as well.
