  • Typical of hull council lets build a concrete platform with a canvass tent over it and dedicate it to one of our famous sons for more of the councils dedication to its local heroes see The Ronnie Hilton White Rose Garden of Remembrance and The David Whitfield Memorial Garden both on the exact same spot. The council obviously don't like to spend money on memorials that could be spent on their wages.
