Saint Ioannis Church (Nymphaion) and Catacombs (Thessaloniki)

A small chapel, built under the street on the site of a roman bath. After discovering the location of the city's roman stadium in 1995, archaeologists believe that the two underground vaulted chambers on the site belong to the bath where St Demetrius was martyred.
