Pyongyang's primary electric plant in South Pyongyang, a combined thermal power plant with 50.0 kw. It was once the central and only power plant in Pyongyang. It provides electricity and hot water to the Central, Phyongchon, Potong and parts of the Mangyongdae and Sosong Districts. It also provides heat to residential apartments in these districts.
