388-foot, 31-story International-style office building completed in 1962. Designed by Emery Roth & Sons, it is clad in dark glass with thin vertical silver mullions and dark grey metal spandrel panels. The 2-story base is black granite with large plate-glass windows, capped by a band of white stone. There are cascading setbacks above the 16th, 18th, 23rd, & 29th floors.The main entrance on Broadway is recessed, and the rest of the ground floor is occupied by a Subway sandwiches, Dunkin' Donuts, a Duane-Reade pharmacy, and a Citibank branch.

One of the upper floors likely served as a filming location for White Collar S01 E08 "Hard Sell" where Neal is working for a Wall Street Brokerage firm. Views of the Woolworth Building and the Manhattan Municipal Building can be seen in many of the shots.
