  My expirence in Monalisha Hotel in Morigaon syndicate is horrible. I made advance payment but was not allowed to enter and refund my money. The staff also ill behaved. A horrible expierence.Full payment taken, but they are least bothered about service rather they say not to teach hotel service to them.
