  • Kajang is a good place to stay if you are working in Putrajaya.
  • Kajang is a nice place to buy houses, good development in near future, (5 years time)
  • Kajang is also highly congested, with small roads leading to and from the town being abused by developers trying to make big bucks without building amenities for the people buying houses.
  • Kajang is located in a strategic location with good access to Putrajaya (the new federal admininstrative centre of Malaysia), Cyberjaya (Silicon Valley of Malaysia), Kuala Lumpur (capital of Malaysia), KLIA International airport and also surrounded by some of the top public universities in Malaysia e.g. University of Malaya, National University Of Malaysia and Putra University of Malaysia. Home values are almost comparable to some homes in Kuala Lumpur or Petaling Jaya with new development of million ringgit homes. Traffic in town could be pretty bad, but you could survive without getting into Kajang town using the Kajang Ring Road. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kajang_(Malaysia) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Putrajaya http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyberjaya
