The Residence of Sri G.S.Prasad and his son Sri.H.K.Prasad.This house was occupied by an englishman named Mr.Holzmann before Independence.He had two daughters named Elsa & Nellie after whom he named his two cottages located next to each other. Nellie Cottage is still known by this name even today while Elsa Cottage is present day 'Dharmoday'.After the death of Mr. Holzmann, Sri G.S.Prasad purchased the premises in the early 1930's.Paintings by his daughter Elsa dating back to 1902 still adorn a few walls of the cottage !
