  • Finally IMT has come of age good,I will like to make some suggestions.first the management of IMT should try and make the school environment to be a place of learning and not a market place the institution has lost its pride,IMT is not what it used to be the level of organisation is very poor it is big shame to see great IMT that way. Secondly the management should stop playing politics in terms of employing lecturer they should employ somebody that is capable,somebody that knows what he or she is employ for most lecture in IMT are only there for selling text books without lecture,collecting money for quiz which is not proper,sorting and sexual harassment.It will be awesome if the management will look into this or investigate I am sure they will find the truth.

  • Chike Agina I would like you to take a trip to IMT and see how the school is being run now!! I took my final HND last October and I still do NOT have my results ... neither do any of my classmates. Several times we have all been told to "contribute" money to speed up the release of diplomas. Most of the lecturers have now found that they can make more money through pulling 419's on the students than teachnig as they are paid to do. It is time IMT was closed for a total replacement of both administrative and teaching staff in order that people who really have a vocation for teaching and a vision for the future of Nigeria can take over. We do not accept corruption in Education!!!!!!

  • What IMT need to put in place, is the reduction of population in the school. Becos from experience, the population system in IMT is unaccepted at this level, old and new student are going through pain of not meeting their personal and school needs. Students find it difficult to process their admission, clearance and even collection of their results which is unacceptable in the area of education in a responsible society. Secondly, environment is the obstacle of IMT down fall. IMT has all it takes to finance the infrastructure of road and environmental development in the school, but it seems that the people in power are greedy and keeping this finance into their bank account. This is not good for a reputable institution like IMT. Please let those in authority kindly look into this issue and do something about it quickly as there is no time to waste for a change. Thanks

Also in department we present nd2 are lacking al round. We don hav clas room, we arjst managin de one left behind 4 us by our IT stndnt in de old ref. Secondly no studio, de mangmnt should provide a standard studio 4 u un like de fine art and applied art. De painful of al is dat URP have nt begin accredited. Also since we started this semester we hvn nt dön at lis 4 course and majorlity of them is pratical. I pray dat our HOD and de mamgmnt wil help us 2 identify these lectureras.   • I was once a student of imt enugu...please the school management should try and rehabilitate the structures and classes in the school and more especially the environments. Imagine a situation you go to school in the morning with a clean cloth but when coming back...your cloth will turn into another thing else entirely as a result of the dust in school and let them stop increasing their school fees or i advice the government to take over the school and manage it effectively instead of this individual being managing the school as a personal property.   • Imt enugu is just institute of money making technology. Imagine i wrote common assemble language as a course in computer science department & the wicked so called lectural gave me BC on 5crd cos bcos i did not sort. How i wish he will bring back our script. Likewise others that did not sort him are also BC but if u sort is A or AB. All these are nomore encouraging us to read hard. Even as a computer sc student, we have not done any practical live, all is oral or theory.

  • I am a graduate of Elect/Engr of this great Institution in 2006. It´s unfortunate that great IMT have lost it´s glory of quality Education cus i´ve read students frustrated comments abt IMT´s mismanagedment, over students, high school fee, lack of Govt interest and education facilities, malpractices and unqualify lecturers etc. Well it has been noted by international organizations that the standard of education in Nigerian today are generally poor,and Nigeria graduates are been rejected outside Nigeria for eg in northern American where i am especially when one have a poor qualification ¨be it OND, HND, Bsc ¨etc so i ADVICE IMT students to go extra miles and study hard in order to secure a good qualification and be able to defend it at the end, though IMT education environments/Nigeria education environments are totally unconducive but we are left with no option than to accept it in a good fate, try as much possible cus after graduation stands another threshold of the universe(labour market etc)where you will face the world alone without no one to be blame

I.m.t my i.m.t, this a great school, a school of skill, a school that alway say no to exam malpratice via the three wisemen, a school that w'l alway bring the best in u. Whether good or bad and always urge go for the best. Am proud of my almamata, becouse, it made me what i am 2day. It thought me that hard works pay, that the hard way is the alway 2 success, no short cut.
