A postmodern decorative tower associated with the Woolworth's Building adaptive reuse project in which municipal funds went toward changing the vacant former downtown store into a mixed-use center including the Court Square Theater, a restaurant, a retail shop, and a state agency office. The tower, about 35 feet high, has metal columns at ground level and no way whatsoever for people to reach the "observation" platform just under the peaked roof.
