It is located between the northwest corner of The City Center and the Carpark Plaza (Interior Zone), and will be housing commercial spaces, BPO office spaces, and the administrative offices of SM City North Edsa.
The second level is connected to The City Center, Carpark Plaza, The Annex, and Grass Residences via bridges/elevated-walkways.
