Art Nouveau fountain finished in 1907, designed by Edmund Gomansky. Built upon an older well, to commemorate 100 years of agricultural reform in Prussia.
Ceres/Demeter goddess stands on top of the fountain, surrounded by mythical personnages symbolizing agriculture (Proserpine), river and bargemen (Neptune and Glaukos) and rock miners (Hercules).
Before WWII it featured an exquisitily detailed copper canopy.
