Twenty storey, 220 unit apartment building constructed in 1969 by BC Housing. Since 2016 it has ben operated by the Bloom Group

Rather institutional in appearance. Poor noisy people, bedbugs and cockroaches, smelly hallways. Not a very nice place to visit or to live in.
