  • Formerly known as the King Edward Memorial college, it was renamed as Vidarbha Mahavidyalaya around 1950. It has a beautiful stone building ,later on expanded with various departmental buildings, extensive grounds for cricket tennis football etc and a llarge botanicall garden. It has Science and Arts Branches and also large Hostels, both for girls as well as boys. it has a very distinguished history and illustrious alumni.

  • i was a studemt of m.sc.physics in a acc. year 2006-07. at that time ,my h.o.d. was mr. junghare sir .and teaching staff mr.yewle miss. yewale,mr.waghule,miss. sangawar.i complite my final project on fire alarm under the guidence of helpfull prof.mr. dhoke. i was also give very imp.guidance from my ideal & dinamics personality ie.mr.dr.waghule presentely prof.at amaravati university.
