A fairly recent subdivision of the Phillips community by the City of Minneapolis, still known to most people as just "Phillips," the whole area between I-35W, I-94, Hiawatha Ave, and Lake Street. It's one of the more diverse areas of the city, and Lake Street has become a corridor for Hispanic businesses in the last few years.
