Estate home designed c. 1924 by Harrie T. Lindeberg in the Tudor style on originally 6 acres for Henry Clifford Martin {industrialist}. Martin served as a prominent textile executive during the 20th century. He commissioned murals for his dining room by noted artist Abram Poole and ironwork by Samuel Yellin.

The estate was subsequently owned by Robert M. Fromm and is now owned by Saul Katz. Its former servant's quarters outbuilding is now used as a private residence.
