Former head office of the Saskatoon (later FirstSask) Credit Union. This began as the head office of the Saskatoon Credit Union. It became head office of FirstSask Credit Union after the SCU merged with the Langham and Shellbrook credit unions in 2007.

Affinity Credit Union was formed on January 1, 2005 with the amalgamation of PAGE Credit Union, Sask Valley Credit Union and St. Mary's Credit Union Limited. FirstSask and Affinity merged on January 1st, 2008 under the Affinity name. Head office was moved to Affinity's building two blocks to the west, on 1st Avenue North and 22nd Street East.

The site was slated for redevelopment by North Prairie Developments. Plans had been made for a 27-storey hotel/condo building, which if completed would be Saskatchewan's tallest building.

It was scheduled for demolition in 2015, and would have been the site of the Phase II tower of Prairie North Development's project. However, neither the demolition or construction of new buildings ever happened.
