The National Watch and Clock Library, is the largest library in the wor;ld solely dedicated to horology, i.e. the art and and science of timekeeping. It has over 20'000 books on the subjects of clock and watches and timekeeping. It subscribes to 40 periodicals on the subject, and has complete runs of an aditional 30 or so defunct horological periodicals from around the world, some dating back to the mid 19th century. It has over 10'000 historic catalogs, and many shelves of unique archival materials. Open to the public, Members of NAWCC also have borrowing privileges.
