this remainder of an old river bank got its name from a turn-of-the-century billboard for a hat company owned by Tom Campbell. There is an interpretative display at the south end of the pathway that enters the hill from the north end, and that location provides a fine view of the river valleys below. This hillside park is also used as an off-leash area for dog owners.
