The former Unilever (Lever Brothers) industrial site, in more recent decades used by the company for Research and Development. In the early 2000's the company moved jobs to Trumbull, CT facilities, and in 2004, they sold the site to National Resources, a developer based in Greenwich, CT with plans to convert the 22-acre i.park site to a mixed-use center called Edgewater Square, luxury residences, town offices, shopping, parkland, etc.
