This building was first an A & S department store (1981 - 1987) and later on a Strawbridge & Clothier, keeping both names on its moniker until closing in early 2000.
Instead of luring another department store name to the empty space, the Court interior was expanded and several new tenants acquired. Taking the name "The Pavilion at King of Prussia," the section is home to retail tenants Five Below, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Urban Outfitters, and Borders Books and Music. Dining options include Morton's Steakhouse and The Cheesecake Factory.
