Completed in 1985 and recently refurbished in 2002, Menara Haw Par is a 31-storey purpose built office tower. It is a freehold commercial building in Kuala Lumpur and has a net lettable area of 15,659 square metres. It has 120 indoor parking bays and a good access to public transportation such as the nearby Bukit Nanas Monorail Station. It is an ideal location for those who want to avoid traffic jam and long distance driving. Currently (as of 2010) the tower is mainly occupied by Bostonweb (www.bostonweb.com.my/) group of companies, the leading IT training provider company in Asia.

The building is owned by Haw Par Corporation Limited, (www.hawpar.com/) a Singapore-based company. The whole building of Menara Haw Par is broadband-enabled with quite a number of service providers for selection. This is particular suitable for those IT companies or those firms needing to rely on using fast Internet for business communications. The presence of the Bostonweb group of companies probably is a good guarantee of the broadband quality in this building. Menara Haw Par may be a bit old, but one cannot expect much of the latest modern building structure and style as compared to those newly built ones, but this office block does come with good practical amenities.
