Erode V.P.R. College Beedi is one of the most famous and old tobacco company in TamilNadu .The company was started in the year 1952 by three great partners Mr.M.Nagapan, Mr.V.P.Ramasamy, and Mr. V.P.Ramasamy . The company is now run with more than 2000 labours with 19 branches and head office is at Veerapan Chattiram ,Erode.

The company is run with social responsibilty and containing many health programes . The managerial board will give more importance to physically disabled persons . The public interaction department provides free note books to poor students .The company has conducting a state level kabadi tournment and tne winners are awarded with cash prizes and "COLLEGE BEEDI KABADI CUP ".
