Comments

  • not actually a square but more of a diamond, well actually two triangles now. It is however bounded by a rectangle. A must see for geometry enthusiasts.
  • Tram now passes to the left of the square, up King William Street and turns left onto North Terrace to pass the Adelaide Railway Station, Parliament House, up to the Uni of SA City West Campus.
  • I have heard tale that this design is reminant of an aboriginal shield, and that colonel light was good friends with the Kaurna people. then again, this might be crap.
  • I have corrected the shape of this to what actually constitutes Victoria Square (Tarndarnyangga). It is not a diamond, but a square, despite being intersected by too many roads!
  • Well, a rectangle to be geometrically correct.
