A tad due south of One Evotech, Evoliving currently serves as the showroom of Ayala Land Inc.'s flagship project, Nuvali. It is also an interactive museum pertaining to environment and energy.

It also has a conference room and showroom of Ayala's residential projects. The building also uses alternative materials such as bamboo and terrazzo tiles, double-piping system, water-less urinals and low-flow fixtures to reduce water consumption, energy-efficient appliances and fixtures, eco-friendly cooling system, and canopies to avoid direct sunlight.
