bgy cabayo, vintar, (Vintar, Ilocos Norte)

This place has already produced some professionals. Though it's an interior barangay,it's worth to note that,most of the people living here are civilised, most of the people now undergo the basic level of education. It's my firm belief that one day this interior barangay will become one of the most progressive barangay in Vintar.
