The Name tells that an ancient time or even 40-50 years before there was more production of Turmeric (Haldi), So this area is termed as Haldichi Wadi. It as usual nature beauty of Konkan with Greeney & Pandaw Temple at quite large area of stone land. Season for Mangoes & Cashew in April- May. But for Nature Lovers in July To December.
