  Though the sub city Dwarka has been well planned and deserves due appreciation, but remorsefully, no Wellness Centre under Central Govt Health Scheme is existing. As a result, prerogatives entitlement of medical facility of central govt employees especially senior citizens residing at Dwarka seems absolutely abrogated despite advance payment of heavy charges for CGHS cards. It is requested that the required number of CGHS Wellness Centres may please be arranged and made fully functional without further delay in order to mitigate the health problems of such persons. - NS Minhas
