Brook House was a derelict office block located at the western gateway of Basingstoke town centre. The office building has been demolished and there are plans for a mixed use office and residential building. The Council has described the site as a prime location and an obvious place for an icon landmark building. The second picture shows the new building planed by Bewley Homes.
