  Well its 17kms away from the Bellary Main Road(near Yelhanka) expensive for the price at which its offered.

  Dear friends, I have explored this area, its a very good project too..BIAL IT investment region, Aerospace SEZ and Hardware tech park is proposed there. Outer peripheral ring road is proposed near welworth city project. Very good project for investment and its affordable for common man with world class amenities and huge shopping mall with multiplex.,dont miss this opportunity.
