A prominent school within the old Greek(Rum) community of Istanbul. The school was named after its main benefactor a rich Greek Constantinopolitan, Zappas.A beautiful multi story building built in the late 1800's in a severe classic style. Behind the school is the also impressive Greek orthodox Church St Trinity (Ayia Triada).
