A central shopping district of London, named after its original purpose of providing access between the residence of the Prince Regent and that of the Monarch. It is also a £300 green property on the London monopoly board. Other green properties are Oxford Street and Bond Street Square. US equivalent property in Atlantic City is Pacific Avenue.
