This is definitely NOT Sotiros Church Akanthou Ammohostos. It is the village of Dhavlos and the church is probably Ay Ghiorgios. Akanthou is about 8 miles west of Dhavlos.

This building is a mosque, built whilst the village has been under occupation.
the church of Ayios Georgios is found at the south end of the village to the left of the road. it's the building that is oriented east/west and is quite white as all its red roof tiles have been removed
