Neighborhood

Oldest neighborhood in Boston - predates Boston itself. Savin Hill is a strange little place, a pocket of quiet, tree-lines streets bounded
by busy highways and city thoroughfares, featuring a park, tennis courts, a baseball field, convenient T-stop, a marina and beach, and
houses ranging from ugly, worn-down tripple-deckers to beautiful Victorian mansions (no other word for 'em). Take a short drive in
one direction and you're in one of the roughest parts of Boston. An equidistant drive in another direction puts you in some of the most
desirable real estate in Boston (South Boston or the South End).
