Large housing estate on the south side of Newcastle Under Lyme, between Clayton and Clayton Village. It is served by the A519 which provides good access to Newcastle-Under-Lyme and junction 15 of the M6. Constructed in the early 1980s, it features almost exclusively detached properties.

There is a small arcade of shops in the centre and an excellent local pub (the Westbury Tavern), run buy Goran and Julie, which makes high quality locally sourced food and serves a decent variety of beers and wines.
